Weekend Reading 10.16.22 | Centsational Style

I’m back from a whirlwind excursion to the east coast! I visited my daughter at higher education in New England which was so lovely. Vermont and New Hampshire and Massachusetts were being putting on a clearly show, the trees were all colours of yellow, orange, and purple, it was quite attractive. I was reminded how charming the properties in the space are, so numerous colonials, so much heritage, it was very good to be again in that element of the state.

Up coming I took the teach from Boston to NYC and invested the evening in Manhattan and walked all-around Central Park, that was exciting. Ultimately I flew to Florida to invest a handful of times checking on our home to make sure there was no harm from the hurricane. There was not, but I discovered a leak in the garage which prompted a will need to replace the tankless drinking water heater. Other than that, the residence looked good and I’m psyched to return upcoming month and host Thanksgiving in Florida for prolonged family members.

In the meantime back again in California I started off a new pottery class, I’m learning how to throw on the wheel, and it is so complicated but I appreciate it! It is a good deal more difficult than it appears to be like! I’ve also set up a minimal workstation in the corner of my garage where I’m building parts by hand. I have entry to glazes and a kiln as extended as I’m enrolled in community classes so I can produce and fire whichever I be sure to. I’ll share some of my items on Instagram stories as my talent stage increases!
