Two apartment buildings are being planned near Menomonee Falls’ downtown

Menomonee Falls could be having two condominium properties around the downtown space of the village.
The Architectural Regulate Board on April 26 accepted strategies for two multifamily buildings instantly east and west of Emerys Biking Triathlon & Conditioning, N88 W15036 Primary St.,
The proposal calls for two buildings with a combined full of 86 units.
According to village documents, 36 units are planned for the western building and 50 for the japanese constructing.

The proposed structures would have the two surface and enclosed parking for its residents.
Matt Carran, director of neighborhood progress, explained the job does not have to go right before the village board due to the fact it suits the plan for the village improvement that village officials have now accepted.
Carran explained there has been fascination in redevelopment in the place wherever the residences are proposed.
“It is a wonderful locale,” he claimed, noting that it is close to shopping, village facilities these as parks and the library and to downtown corporations.
